Yard Work

On Wednesday Brandon and I went out to my parents to do some yard work for them. Brandon used a chain saw to massacre the juniper tree that was taking over the front door way. Hillary and I built a wiki-up with the branches.

While Brandon took down the tree I worked on the rock border around my flower beds. (Yeah, I still consider these my flowers.)

One day we want a yard of our own, but for now we are content to do foster care with my parents' yard.

Here is an example of why I'm glad we don't own a house. When we have a house we want to own the house and not have it own us.
